Les ma\u00eetres mixologues de The Belize Collection \u00e9taient de nouveau \u00e0 l\u2019\u0153uvre cette ann\u00e9e lors de la troisi\u00e8me \u00e9dition annuelle de la Bataille des Barmans. Chaque ann\u00e9e, les ma\u00eetres du cocktail de nos principales propri\u00e9t\u00e9s s\u2019affrontent pour tenter de remporter le titre convoit\u00e9 de Barman de l\u2019ann\u00e9e. Le premier tour voit les barmans de chacun de nos principaux complexes s\u2019affronter pour avoir une chance de repr\u00e9senter leur propri\u00e9t\u00e9 respective lors du tour final. Cette ann\u00e9e, dans la for\u00eat tropicale, les barmans de The Banks et de The Rainforest Lodge at Sleeping Giant se sont affront\u00e9s pour d\u00e9terminer qui repr\u00e9senterait conjointement les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s de la jungle. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

La comp\u00e9tition fut f\u00e9roce et comprenait trois mini-tours. Tout d\u2019abord, le tour de la \u00ab Bo\u00eete myst\u00e8re \u00bb a mis au d\u00e9fi chaque concurrent d\u2019incorporer un fruit de saison secret dans sa recette. La noix de cajou \u00e9tait la vedette au Lodge at Jaguar Reef, tandis que les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s de la jungle ont re\u00e7u du mamey, et l\u2019Umaya Resort de la carambole. \u00c9quip\u00e9 d\u2019un bar garde-manger bien garni, chaque barman a eu 15 minutes pour pr\u00e9parer son fruit myst\u00e8re \u00e0 sa mani\u00e8re unique, puis pr\u00e9senter son cocktail \u00e0 un jury de trois juges. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Ensuite, le \u00ab Tour rapide \u00bb a demand\u00e9 \u00e0 nos concurrents de pr\u00e9parer quatre cocktails classiques (un construit, un shaker, un remu\u00e9 et un mix\u00e9) en moins de 8 minutes. Enfin, le tour du \u00ab Cocktail signature \u00bb leur a permis de faire preuve de leur cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9. Chacun a \u00e9t\u00e9 autoris\u00e9 \u00e0 introduire un ingr\u00e9dient signature dans ses boissons et a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9valu\u00e9 sur l\u2019apparence, la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 et le go\u00fbt. <\/p>

Au final, trois concurrents se sont distingu\u00e9s : Nino L. Moreno de The Banks, Jerry Yaxcal de Jaguar Reef et Rodney Lamb d\u2019Umaya, chacun recevant un s\u00e9jour en complexe h\u00f4telier comme prix.
