Meet Betsy Pake

Betsy Pake is a coach, speaker, and writer with over 12 years of experience helping women expand their potential. As a certified master coach, Betsy uses trauma-informed care alongside neuroscience-based techniques to support women through midlife crises, marital conflicts, and everything in between. Through her proprietary platform and online community, The Navigate Method, Betsy helps clients navigate new paths in or out of their marriage. She also hosts the weekly podcast The Art of Living Big and is the published author of Start Small, Live Big.
