Explore Monkey River by Boat, observing Howler Monkeys, tropical birds, crocodiles and many more. A stop at the village of Monkey River to place for lunch order and then drive upriver for 20 minutes and hike trails through the rainforest to view families of the Howler Monkeys and several species of the Flora and Fauna (including medicinal plants) with an experienced guide. On your return down river, you will stop in the village of Monkey River for a lunch of local creole food. After enjoying lunch, the captain will take you through mangrove estuaries at the edge of the lagoon, home of the manatees.
