This kayaking tour starts with a short drive from The Rainforest Lodge at Sleeping Giant. Once there, a two to four-minute walk takes you to the riverbank. To enter the cave, you’ll cross light rapids, and then your underground kayaking tour begins. The kayaking tour, including the lunch break, fully takes place within the cave where your guide will tell you about the connection between the caves and Mayan history. The cave is filled with fascinating stalactites and stalagmites that have crystallized over the years.
