Lance Carpenter is a storyteller from Ozark, Arkansas, known for writing songs that make you want to fall in love, pray a little harder, and believe in something bigger. After moving to Nashville in 2011, he quickly landed a publishing deal and secured two major cuts within 18 months. He co-wrote Kelsea Ballerini’s first No. 1 hit, “Love Me Like You Mean It,” and in 2018 released his debut single, “Anyone Else,” with then labelmate Krystal Keith after signing a record deal with country superstar Toby Keith.
A farm kid turned hitmaker, Lance has shared the stage with Toby Keith and Luke Bryan, and his songs have been recorded by artists including Kelsea Ballerini, Emerson Drive, The Gatlin Brothers, Dylan Scott, Tyler Farr, Richie McDonald, and Ben Fuller. At the heart of his music is storytelling—authentic, honest, and always real.
