Cet ingénieux bar à ceviche et cocktails sur deux étages, construit au-dessus de l’eau, propose un menu en constante évolution de petites bouchées caribéennes et centraméricaines en plein air, parfait pour un apéritif. Une vue panoramique à 360 degrés sur la mer des Caraïbes vous attend au bout de la jetée en bois, avec un premier étage entièrement aménagé de hamacs suspendus sur un filet et un bar au deuxième étage. CEVICHE

Le ceviche trouve son origine sur la côte du Pérou. Bien qu’il existe plusieurs variantes de ce plat, le Ceviche Shack du Big Dock Bar reste fidèle à ses racines originales. Des crevettes ou du lambi frais sont marinés (cuits) avec du citron vert et assaisonnés de sel et de poivre noir. Des tomates, des oignons et de la coriandre sont coupés en julienne et ajoutés. Traditionnellement dans la région, le ceviche est servi avec des chips de tortilla, mais au Big Dock, attendez-vous à recevoir un accompagnement croustillant un peu plus proche de chez nous.
