Yaoling Lee is a well-regarded artist and art educator whose sketches and paintings of Belize have garnered her wide acclaim.
Born in Taiwan and inspired by hardworking parents, she pursued a life dedicated to art and personal growth. After studying sculpture in Taipei and spending six years honing her craft in Spain and France, she moved to Belize in 1999. Following a break to raise her three children, she reignited her passion for art with the 100 Portrait Studies project, completing it in six months. Now, she continually seeks to challenge herself, striving for excellence in sketching, painting, and sculpting. Her journey, fueled by both joy and frustration, embodies the relentless pursuit of artistic fulfillment and the transformation of experiences into something extraordinary.
