This three-bedroom upper-level villa offers unobstructed views of the Caribbean Sea from the private porch and master bedroom. It also offers full views of the Maya Mountains from the rear deck.
Approximately 60 feet from the sea with interior space of 2,860 square feet, 600 square feet of beachfront veranda, and 240 square feet of the rear deck. This is a perfect fit for families or friends travelling together as it can comfortably accommodate up to 6 adults. The expansive guest living spaces are adorned with exquisite details such as a veranda with a built-in barbecue grill, a full-size kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances, a fully furnished dining area, and a jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom.

Nim Li Punit & Lubaantun

Nim Li Punit Maya Ruin inherited it’s named from a carving on the longest of sites twenty-six stone monuments or Stelae, depicting a figure wearing a large headdress. The site has some prominence in the culture of the ancient Maya site in Southern Belize. Nim Li Punit is comprised of two of the most fascinating complexes,” the Plaza of the Royal Tombs and the Plaza of the Stellae”. Lubanntun, which means "place of the fallen stones" is a modern name for the site. It is also the largest Maya site in Southern Belize. It is well known for the unusual style of construction and is a late classic ceremonial center dated to 700-900AD.

Located in Southern Belize is the world's only jaguar preserve, the Cockscomb Basin Wildlife Sanctuary. Surrounded by Maya Mountains and towering Victoria's Peak, the Basin's 120,000 acres is also home to jaguarundi, margays, ocelots, pumas, deer, howler monkeys and tapirs. The park offers a wide variety of hikes, including to a waterfall where you can dip in the refreshing waters. Half Day Chocolate Factory Tour

Visit the small southern village of Maya Center, there you are met by a traditional Mayan family led by a master chocolate maker who offers the opportunity to go on a two-hour tour, which includes a hike at the cacao farm. There you will have the opportunity to taste the cacao bean and get a chance to see a variety of wild birds, flora & fauna. The second leg of the tour takes you through the full processing and explanation of dark chocolate making. You will have the privilege of making and eating your own chocolate.

Actun Tunichil Muknal (ATM) is one of the most sought-after adventures in Belize.
